Magnolia Planning Council Wins Lawsuit Against the City

This morning the MNPC won its lawsuit against the City of Seattle. Calling Discovery Park the jewel of Seattle's Parks, and declaring the City about two years late in complying with the SEPA laws, Judge Catherine Shaffer found in favor of the MNPC, and voided the City's resolution which adopted its redevelopment plan for the Fort Lawton Army Reserve property.
