Wow. A Real Tex Mex Restaurant in Interbay, the Death Valley of businesses in Seattle it seems. Excellent Chickens, they do sandwiches too. A chef finally got his dream up and running. You should be part of that dream. Understand you have to negotiate to get a really spicy sandwich.... Sigh.

Tried the Tex Mex Fightin' Cock Roaster and it was yummy! Give it a go!
Also, if you are hungry for authentic Mexican (you can get off the menu items if you know what you want, just ask), try La Palma!
